SHIPPING POLICY

- Free NZ Shipping is currently available for all website purchases. -

CryptOption NZ endeavours to use reliable transport for your goods, to ensure prompt delivery as well as being competitively priced. Orders will be processed and goods dispatched within 1 business day via New Zealand Post Courier.

If Standard Shipping is in place, these costs will be clearly listed and calculated in the shipping options at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order is successfully dispatched. You will be able to track your parcel online using your tracking number. Please note estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not always possible due to reasons outside our control. We will work accordingly with the carrier if any issues arise pre-delivery.

International shipping is possible upon inquiry. International costs must be accepted and confirmed by writing before an international order is dispatched. Every shipment includes tracking for security and convenience. All international shipments are considered final sales and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please note that any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, or others alike that are required by the importing country are the buyer's responsibility. We do not collect these charges at the time or order and payment, and cannot provide an estimate of their cost.

Estimated Domestic NZ Post Courier Delivery after Dispatch:

Business Addresses: Next working day
Residential Addresses: 1-2 working days
Rural Addresses: 2-4 working days

Ownership: The title of ownership transfers to the buyer when full payment is validated and the order is successfully dispatched. Responsibility of the purchased product/s transfers to you upon delivery confirmation by the carrier. We are not liable for parcels lost, stolen or damaged after delivery confirmation. 

Delivery: It is important that the shipping details provided during the order process are true and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Incorrect selections may cause dispatch delays until adjusted postage fees are settled. Any overpayments will be promptly refunded. 

Rural Customers: Please select the appropriate rural shipping option at checkout to ensure timely delivery. Failure to do so may result in delays or return of your order. If NZ Post determines that the shipping address is non-deliverable, we may try to contact you to provide an alternative address. If we are unable to reach you, your order may be returned to us.

Undelivered Orders must be reported within 30 days of the shipment date. Any order that is refused delivery will be returned to us. If a Re-Shipment is requested, all shipping costs incurred will be at the buyers expense. Confirmed Lost Orders may be eligible for a Refund or a Replacement subject to stock availability.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment Options: CryptOption costs are calculated in NZD at transaction time and are final at checkout. Any Network Fees are the customer's responsibility. We accept secure payment transactions through the following payment gateway: PayPal.
